From one of our most sought after Japanese Distilleries comes this very special release. Etsu is a Gin that only ha a few shipments a year to NZ, and they generally sell out very quickly. This time, they managed to sneak some of their limited edition flavoured Gins onto the container and boy are they aromatic and delicious!
Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery in Honshu Island in Japan. Macerated for 7 days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. The result is a Gin with fresh citrus notes, with flavours of fresh yuzu and lemon, and a light and refreshing finish
