And let’s be real, we’re talking about a classic Australian multi-vintage Sparkling Shiraz blend made up with base Shiraz from every vintage dating back to 1997… and you can have this gorgeous elixir at your place at an everyday price. What’s not to love about classic Aussie Sparkling Shiraz, one of the 7 wonders of the wine world in our opinion. A deeply rich and layered palate with plums, berries, chocolate, anise, spices in a silky-smooth texture embraced by fine Champagne like bubbles. All that richness and intrigue is bound by fine mouthcoating tannins. The winery says drink with any meal - breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We say it goes with almost everything, meats, spicy dishes, perfect with a curry and with chocolate desserts. Sparkling Shiraz is like two wines in one… firstly a high-quality Shiraz table wine. It’s then turned into a Méthode Traditionnelle (a la Champagne), add into that Shiraz components from circa 25 vintages and you will be drinking a wine that should be sold at 2-3 times its price. Make sure you serve slightly chilled Champagne flutes… it’s as delicious without food as it is with.

This multi-vintage Shiraz wine is richly flavoured with dark berry and plum fruits infused with baking spices, anise, and chocolate. It is luscious, rich, silky-smooth, and buoyed by fine Champagne like bubbles. Red velvet in glass that will charm with every sip and go with many foods from savoury, to spicy to sweet!
