Their estate wines are superbly priced, but this Reserve Sauvignon Blanc ratchets the quality and concentration up a notch. A Savvy strongly speaking of the excellent 2023 vintage, and for all the difficult weather events, Marlborough seems to have got away scot-free. One sip and this will become your go-to Savvy for the future months ahead.
Smells
Bursting with expressive and musky notes of passionfruit, guava, and citrus fruit.
Tastes
Juicy green apples, passionfruit, and nettle, with a big burst of citrus and tropical fruit. A rich and generous mouthful, with a fabulous acid thread, weaving its magic throughout. Try it with green-lipped mussels for best results over the next couple of years.
