Description
It’s incredibly encouraging to see larger wine corporations taking meaningful steps toward organic viticulture and winemaking. In light of the increasing environmental challenges our planet faces, embracing sustainable practices is not just a trend—it’s a necessity. The wine industry’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions and prioritize eco-friendly methods show that even established players can lead the way in protecting our home. What’s even more inspiring is the growing accessibility of organically produced wines that don’t come with an extravagant price tag. This proves that sustainability doesn’t have to be a luxury, making it easier for all of us to make eco-conscious choices. Supporting these efforts is a small but powerful way for wine lovers to contribute to a better future for our planet. Here's to raising a glass for both great wine and a greener world!
Smells
aromas of gooseberries, passionfruit flower, lemon zest and hints of grapefruit.
Tastes
a wine that is all about structure, with a slatey, salty texture, excellent weight throughout the palate, and finishing with concentration and depth. Slightly more restrained flavours focusing on basil, thyme, fennel, and lemon but the palate is impressive. A wine that those non-Savvy lovers will love too. Drinking well now through 2026 and will pair with salads, pasta, and seafood. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
We taste, rate & guarantee every wine we sell.
