Beervana 2018 saw the launch of an ongoing series of East Coast Hazy IPAs from Garage Project under FRESH, and every month since then the Garage Project brew team have been honing their skill set on this sought after style with the use of completely different yeast, malt and hop combinations.
These cans have only been available at their own venues to ensure absolute (you guessed it) freshness and that the beer was consumed as they brew team intended. The ongoing and overwhelming response they had meant they are now taking fresh to a wider audience at select venues. These Certified FRESH Volume releases are tweaked versions of previous monthly drops – taking the best from that brew and working to elevate it.
This month's release is Fresh vol 5 - brewed with Pahto, Azacca, Mosaic, Motueka, Galaxy hops and clocking in at a whopping 10%. We also have returning favourites Wolfman, Mix 6 and Golden Path, plus new release Transit of Venus, a hazy version of their iconic VPA.
