Sale - Ale

Ales are a broad category of beer that includes the likes of Pale Ale and IPAs and is one of the most popular categories for craft beer. Ale Beer is defined by being brewed with ale yeast, or top fermentation resulting in a slightly sweeter, more full bodied and fruity taste, often with more hops than it’s lager counterpart which enhances it’s fruit flavour and bitterness.
