Haunting aromas of red and black cherries, wild herbs, French oak and leather, with subtle gamey meats. Very concentrated with black fruits, yet light on its feet, with wild cherry introducing an array of delicate florals and structural tannins. An amalgamation of subtle power and intrigue, with layers of flavour. World Class Central Otago Pinot Noir with 15+ years of age ability.

Complex and savoury bouquet showing cinnamon and five spice, wild thyme, with generous red and black fruit. Exceptional. Amazingly elegant and refined with a subtle power; a wave of red and black cherry, berry and plum fruits infused with savoury and baking spices glide seamlessly throughout the palate. The extensive finish is rich, savoury, and silky. Probably the most immediately drinkable of the Valli range this year, yet one senses it will only get better and better through 2035.
