Description

Founded by a cognac merchant Emmanuel Courvoisier in 1835 in Paris he soon discovered that the best way to guarantee quality was to make it himself. Courvoisier was preferred by Napoleon 111 for its smooth, sophisticated vanilla and flamed fruit flavour. perhaps it will be your favourite too?

Smells

an intense perfumed aroma reminiscent of sultans, ripe red apples and pears with chocolate notes.

Tastes

There is a softness and generosity to the palate supported by toasty vanilla, cedar and exotic spices giving length and a bitterness, perfectly balancing the sweetness on the palate.
