Knocknaveagh Gin is handmade and batched distilled in Cambridge, Waikato using locally foraged botanicals, including Grapefruit and Douglas Fir, their “Cambridge Dry” Style, conceived as the counter point to a London Dry and a nod to tradition but with a twist of modernity. Juniper, coriander, and angelica still make up the base foundations of the gin. However, other botanicals, such as cardamon, grapefruit, black pepper, and chamomile take you in new and exciting direction. A style no longer wedded to a Juniper heavy blend, but can explore new flavours while still invoking the past.
