The Spirit of Waiheke, is Waiheke Distilling Co's signature gin, embodying the land, wind and sea where the Gin is crafted. This contemporary dry gin pays homage to its island provenance with a coastal freshness on the nose. Distilled with giant kelp, citrus and a hint of spice. Clean lingering finish with subtle lime.
It is perfect with a Mediterranean or Elderflower tonic and a twist of lime, or with a sprig of rosemary for a more savoury alternative.
