Description
Sobreity Society, alcohol removed Blanc de Blancs: Heaven without the Hell. The concept, the packaging, and the wording are all outstanding. And the Fine Wine tasting panel unanimously agreed this was the best non-alcohol wine tasted over the last few years. Congrats to the Fourth Wave team.
Smells
aromas of creaming soda, honeysuckle, fresh pears and red apples with baking spice.
Tastes
the effervescence simply captivates the taste buds, and the balance is harmonious, unlike many de-alcoholised wines which are often sweet and acidic. This wine resembles wine, again congratulations to the Fourth Wave team. Perfect drinking anytime of the day, seriously, its alcohol free. And who doesn’t want to start the day with Bubbles. Perfect with cereal, sandwiches, a cheese plater and white meats. Ageing not recommended, simply open the bottle and drink.
Please note the best before is 11/2023, but we have tasted the wine, and it is still drinking fine.
