This exquisite Spiced Rum is the result of 2 legendary Jamaican Distilleries, Clarendon and Long Pond, distilleries that have defined Jamaican rum for centuries, they represent 2 of the last 6 distilleries still producing Rum on Jamaica. Long Pond distillery is lovingly referred to as the ‘Pheonix of Jamaica’ it has over 250 years of history and is renowned for its inimitable, heavy, funky pot still rums, crafted with ancestral methods kept secret throughout its long tenure. Long Pond rums give Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum its signature high-intensity character and structure. Clarendon Distillery are the ‘Guardians of Tradition’ and is surrounded by Sugarcane fields, from which they make their own Molasses. Clarendon is renowned for refined and elegant expressions thanks to its diverse collection of stills and centuries of savoir-faire.

Wonderfully luxurious, perfumed with warm vanilla, dried fruits and subtle coconut and ginger.

At 40% ABV this Spiced Rum is incredibly smooth, the Pedro-Ximenez Sherry cask aging adds richness and roundness, the palate reflects the aromas with soft and unctuous sweet/spicy notes of caramel, vanilla, coconut and ginger.
