Description
This delicious golden rum is a literary tribute to the esteemed Reverend Stiggins from Charles Dickens' 'Pickwick Papers', whose favourite drink was ""the pineapple rum"". Ironically, he preached temperance to all while enjoying many free pineapple rums at Mr Weller's pub. At least there is no denying his impeccable taste. This lovely nectar of a rum was never intended for sale but was intended as a liquid thank you to the apprentices of the 'Tails of the cocktail' program. However, everyone that tasted it insisted that it must be released to the rum drinking world and so it was! No wonder that the pineapple is the universal symbol of hospitality, this rum will make any guest feel very special indeed. A must have sipping rum!
The barks of Victoria pineapples are infused into Plantation’s 3 Stars Rum, which is then further distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused in Plantation Dark Rum. Both are blended together, creating a rich and delicious pineapple bouquet, accented by smoky and clove notes.

Smells
the aromas speak of a warm tropical island; pineapple, mango, ripe melons, hints of Jamaican ginger cake and a splash of citrus peel.
Tastes
It is soft, perfumed pineapple, perfection and unctuously smooth and complex leading to molasses and shortbread notes where the Cassia spiciness develops at the tail end supported by a spearmint lift.
