Description
Tequila ARETTE de Jalisco founded in 1900s by Orendain family. One of the oldest distillery's in the region that still produces tequila. ""In our distillery we use the extraordinary water from the wellsprings of the Tequila volcano"". El Gran Viejo (the old man)Tequila is rested for 6 years in barrels of American White Oak, which gives an excellent flavour with a smooth vanilla and almond aroma.
Smells
wonderful earthy, smoked agave aromatics moving to caramel and even chocolate.
Tastes
A smooth, rich tequila with sweet, smoked agave flavours, like a sweet potato with caramel, orange notes, dark chocolate and a smoky finish.
