Description
Patron specialise in picking the Agave plants later with a higher sugar content, resulting in a very distinctive flavour. Another of their specialities is to remove any small sprouts on the plant which can give bitterness. This is a crystal clear premium silver Tequila that has been rested for a smooth and full bodied flavour and where purity is their aim and that they have achieved.
Smells
The aromas are delicate, fresh Weber Blue Agave, tropical citrus fruits, with a whiff of sage.
Tastes
The flavours are ultra smooth, viscous and oily with fragrant tropical fruit, wild herbs and mint. The finish is plush, rich and long with notes of finest black pepper.
