It's in another realm of quality to normal vintage Champagne it should be aligned with the likes of Dom Perignon! Plus, it’s beautifully packaged in the manner of a Prestige Cuvée. Tastes
The beautifully elegant lightly creamed mousse coats the mouth with soft lemon, brioche and fine nutty characters before evolving through to a captivating finish of subtle gala apple, lemon meringue and freshly baked bread. A super fine bead of bubbles sustains the long, elegant, salivating finish, unfurling further complexity with every sip. In its 17th year, it is superbly evolved and ready to be enjoyed now… through 2030+ if well stored.
