This Brut NV is a blend of all three grapes allowed in the appellation... 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. It’s generosity, length and elegant bubbles emanate from nearly 3-years ageing on lees... belying its price and ensuring it can be superbly crafted in a drier Brut style. 60% Pinot Noir is core to the fine structure and length of this refined Brut NV Champagne. It shows pronounced richness with layers of fresh fruits infused with pastry, bread, subtle roasted nut and honeyed Champagne characters.
