Smells
aromas of red apples and brown pears give way to toasted brioche, and Crème Brulee straight from the oven with hints of honey and mead.
Tastes
a champagne of almost two halves, a wine showing elegance and purity typically associated with Blanc de blanc yet there is a rich, creamy, and toasty mid-palate. A very stylish wine showing a lot of class and sophistication and a wine that could be drunk the whole night through, engaging on all levels and extremely satisfying.
