The Rose Metal Jacket is as sleek as high street fashion, inside is the same full and Aromatic Champagne that the world regards as one of the finest of all NV Champagne Roses! Laurent Perrier's Cuvee Rose is the ultimate expression of Champagne Rose. Taken from some of the finest Crus on the Montagne de Reims including Ambonnay and Bouzy, it is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir that is left on skins for 48 to 72 hours before pressing to give the wine it’s beautiful salmon-pink hue and deeply aromatic nose. Then aged for a minimum of 5 years for maximum creamy yeast autolysis.
