Description
A blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay with a small amount of oak contact, the wine is made using a combination of the two winemaking techniques for Champagne Rose, maceration and blending. Four years on lees with 8 grams dosage and the wine is predictably perfumed, rich and elegant.
Smells
Showing lots of brambly red berries, florals, cream and cocoa.
Tastes
Etheral and harmonious, the wine has a delicate mousse and superb acid lift. A serious wine for a special occasion, and will cellar for 15 to 20 years if well stored.
