Smells
Complex, toasty aromas positively leap from the glass, interspersed with butter and honey slathered on freshly toasted sourdough, hints of brioche and a touch of apples and pears.
Tastes
From your first sip, the creamy, toasty richness of the mid-palate is a heavenly experience. It's everything you could want in a glass of Champagne, rich, complex, and exceedingly delicious. A white fruited and full-bodied style of Champagne due to long lees ageing. Brioche, freshly cut wheat and buttery flavours, combined with the moderately soft acid, all making for a superb Champagne experience that will appease and delight all.
