Description
John Kirwan’s most premium Prosecco takes its name from the 9th generation descendent of a blacksmith who moved to Treviso to start a forge but ended up growing grapes instead. It’s the driest Brut style of Prosecco and has a lovely acidity that makes it taste even fresher and drier.
Smells
A bright and pristine bouquet showing jasmine, lychee, mango and papaya.
Tastes
Crisp, clean and quite subtly powerful, there is a delightful interplay between the floral notes and juicy fruit, the fine mousse a feature of the lengthy finish. High quality stuff, this is best with good friends and even better conversation.
