aromas of ripe apricots, toasted hazelnuts, beeswax with lifted lavender notes, all suggesting the grapes were harvested with the perfect level of Noble botrytis.
Tastes
the palate is luscious, oily and with a viscosity that brings you to your knees, literally. This tastes like a Beerenauslese from Germany, it is that good, take it from us, this wine is exceptional. Apricot flavours are mirrored on the palate with Manuka honey and toasty, nutty nuances, all balanced by the crystalline acid thread. Simply irresistible but will cellar 10 years+
