Description
An incredible wine with 30 years’ age on it, the first pressings of the Palomino grape (yema) are aged under flor at 15.5% alcohol for 4 years, before the flor disappears for lack of nutrients and the wine enters another new solera for another 4 years’ oxidative aging. The 8-year-old wine is then transferred to the Del Duque solera for another 22 years full exposure to oxygen in American oak. The resulting wine is one of the most complex in the world.
