En Rama is very on trend in the Sherry world. Basically it means without filtering or raw. Usually your bottle of Manzanilla has undergone a intense filtering process to remove residue and impurities, but the unwanted by product is also loss of flavour! An En Rama does undergo a light filtering, but most importantly the flavour is all there. This La Goya En Rama is even more exciting, having been aged under flor for over 10 years. Truly an amazing wine that all sherry lovers should try.

Complex and incredibly inviting, salt, green olives, hay and more. It keeps changing in the glass.
Tastes
A textural masterpiece, creamy and rich. Toasted almonds and walnuts, green apples and brine. Bone dry. Enjoy with jamon and tapas.
