Description
Produced with 100% muscatel grapes from the Las Cruces vineyard in Chipiona, Emilin is an amazingly complex and decadent sherry from the legendary Lustau. Stunning with desserts or a full blown cheeseboard, at around 8 years old on average, this has got to be one of the bargains of the wine world.
Smells
A new aroma released with each swirl of the glass, discover marmalade, orange zest, cocoa and caramel.
Tastes
Baked fruits, figs and butterscotch, the palate is unctuous and full but with a fine acidity to set everything in perfect balance. The perfect end to a long lunch with friends.
