Smells
a happy blend of Bordeaux and California where smoky, cedar, tobacco combines seamlessly with black forest gateau, dark plums, raspberries, spice, and perfectly layered vanilla oak.
Tastes
subtle blackcurrants underpin chocolate, raw coffee beans, vanilla, and fresh tobacco leaf flavours. A dense core of fruit runs through the palate with silky, mouthcoating tannins, lively acidity giving length and drive. A delicious Cabernet, drink now, too good to wait. Enjoy with roast shoulder of lamb or rolled beef.
