A seductive bouquet with aromas of black cherries, hints of maraschino cherries, dark chocolate, black liquorice, bramble, coffee grind and spice.
Tastes
plush fruit is encased in a taught palate with robust tannins giving support and structure. The dark berry flavours are intermingled with an earthy complexity, adding to the intrigue. Great drinking now, especially if decanted just prior to serving. The perfect BBQ wine and for optimal drinking pleasure, the recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
