The wine labels of South Australia are filled with religious references, a testament to the importance of the church in the region's history. This wine was the first one Greg Trott ever made under the Wirra Wirra label in 1972, and it endures today as an icon of value and quality.
Smells
Ripe and fragrant with leafy Cabernet blackcurrant and classy French Oak.
Tastes
Creamy and supple in the mouth with layers of generous fruit, the fine tannins and classy oak influence are hallmarks of a wine that will be delicious at every stage between now and 2029+. Superb value for money and perfect with your favourite BBQ meats this summer and all year round. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
