Description

Smells
On the nose, it displays noble aromas of kirsch, blackcurrant, raspberry, Saint-Emilion gingerbread, cigar, and vanilla.
Tastes
Ample and very rich, the palate is already deep, giving a sensation like it is melting, evoking black cherry liqueur, sweet blackcurrant, cocoa, cedar, and vanilla flavours. The texture has a presence and the tannins bold, all accompanied by a long, resonant finish. A generous Saint-Emilion Grand Cru from an excellent vintage, worthy of its Cru Classe status. A wine that needs 4-6years+ in a temperature controlled cellar.
