A Right bank wine predominantly Merlot with a little Cab Sav and Cab Franc. From a riper year making for a very approachable, juciy fruited style offering great drinking now through 2028.
Smells
very ripe fruit aromas of strawberries, black plums, black forest gateaux cake with vanilla and cream.
Tastes
the fruit hits all the senses with a bang, and delightfully so. There is fruit to last, balanced by the rounded, supple, chalky tannins which simply make you melt. For lovers of big, ripe and succulent Bordeaux wines. Drinking well now through 2027+.
