Smells
A hint of iodine and roast meat pan juices gives a lovely complexity to the abundant plum, cassis, and mulberry notes.
Tastes
Soft and creamy with a sweet chocolate oak note that is just yummy with a capital Y. The exuberant fruit is brought into harmony by the chalky, dusty tannins, giving a slight grip, making the experience even more enjoyable. Completely satisfying and at sub $26, the quality vs price ratio is off the charts.
