Description

And this Porta de Ravessa is a winner, simply great drinking and the perfect BBQ wine, simple meal at home wine, or take to your local BYO. Smells
Seductively confected aromas of sweet, ripe dark fruits, dark chocolate, hints of fresh fig.
Tastes
There is an opulence of fruit initially but then the salivating tannins surround the fruit and coat your inner cheeks and lightly traverse the tongue. The balance is superb. This is a wine where you take one sip, sit up and say: darn that’s good. And my wallet loves it too. Drinking perfectly now and over the next 1-2 years. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
