Smells
a complex lifted bouquet with a series of red fruit, forest berries, violets, and Mediterranean herbs with hints of sandalwood and balsamic.
Tastes
inky, graphite and blue fruit flavours are enhanced by a wild touch, and complexity is layered on top of the dense core of fruit. There is a striking balance of charming fruit that commands attention, and fine grain tannins that seduce the tastes buds, making a second sip irresistible. A divine expression that needs time but has it all to last, hide in a temperature-controlled cellar for 10years+
