Smells
Ripe and lifted with aromas of raspberry, blackberry, pepper, leather, cedar, and oaky vanilla.
Tastes
Fine and powerful with floral and raspberry fruit notes, leading on to toasty oak spice and a warming, finely grained finish. A very hearty wine but with enough refinement to keep things civilised, this will be a great wine for summer BBQs but even better come winter time.
