Smells
Full of soft, ripe black plums, with a nice smoky, aniseed character.
Tastes
a fine, yielding tannin structure, this is your classic pizza and pasta red with good acidity holding everything together. Dark plumy fruits with the characteristic meaty, savoury vein, typical of the region. Drink now with any BBQ, pizza, or pasta. The recommended serving temperature is 14-16 degrees.
