The fruit for this wine comes from a meticulous selection of 20 plots, covering about 10 hectares, with old vines over 45 years old. A portion of whole clusters were put in the vat, while the rest were carefully destemmed. After a 19-day fermentation period, the free-run wine was separated using a gravity system, while the skins were gently pressed to extract a pure press wine. Committed to sustainable viticulture, the focus is on delivering quality and authenticity with each harvest, while also caring for the environment. This is evident in the diverse flora and fauna thriving in the vineyards, a true indicator of the land's health.

This wine seduces with its exceptionally intense aromas, revealing notes of ripe red fruit and with hints of cured meats, forest floor and other complexing characteristics. The nose is heavenly.

The exceptional characteristics of Grevey-Chambertin are a true and authentic expressed thanks to the old vines. Delightful flavours of ripe dark berries immediately entice the tastebuds, while the palate exudes rich, powerful flavours and the length goes on forever. A wine that will cellar well 5-8 years. This will match superbly with lamb, duck or other game meats. For optimal drinking pleasure, the recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
