A deliciously savoury, earthy, classic Martinborough Pinot Noir drinking beautifully now, but will continue to develop and be a fine cellar Pinot over the next few years.
Smells
Dark cherry, plum, thyme, spice and mocha aromas are nicely contrasted with earthy smoky tones.
Tastes
Elegant throughout the palate, vibrant dark fruits are layered with spice and savoury complexities. Fine mouthcoating tannins and refreshing acidity maintain its composure and energy to a sustained flavoursome finish. Perfectly suited to leaner red meats, duck and lamb. Enjoy now through 2029.
