Smells
aromas of warm berries, freshly picked into a basket, raspberries, strawberries, crunchy red cherries, and cherry stone, all with a fine thread of crushed thyme and liquorice.
Tastes
made in a manner to exemplify the plush, forward fruit; by fermenting the berries whole, this gives a purity of fruit with the softest of tannins that delicately kiss the insides of your cheeks. Very drinkable right now, further enforced by the chalky, slightly salty texture, giving length and drive. Serve with cured meats, cheese, or summer cuisine. The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
