A very stylish, and concentrated Pinot Noir with layers of complexity built on top of a solid foundation of red and dark berry fruits and alluring spicy notes that capture the senses. This has it all, wonderful fruit weight and balance with moreish tannins that tickle the insides of your cheeks adding structure to this superb Pinot. There is also an enticing nutty overtone that only keeps you intrigued and wanting another sip. Will easily age 10years+ in a temperature-controlled cellar. Serve with duck, pork or other gamey meats. The recommended serving temperature is 13-15 degrees.
