Description
A rather different take on Pinot Noir, it's the perfect thing for summer. A blend of their two estate vineyards in Bendigo, Prophet's Rock infusion is pressed off its skins quickly and into old barrels where it wild ferments. The idea is to serve it lightly chilled at cellar temperature (around 10 to 14 degrees), and soak up the juicy cherry flavours, but equally it can be enjoyed like a regular Pinot Noir – a NZ version of a good Beaujolais.
