Description
Situated on the picturesque Montagne Sainte-Victorie, Château de la Galiniere has been certified Organic since the 2014 harvest. This Rosé is a blend of 60% Cinsault and 20% Syrah, with 20% Vermentino adding body and vibrancy. After blending it spends 3 months on fine lees to add texture to its luscious and crisply dry palate. Classic Cotes de Provence superbly priced due to direct ex winery purchase. Shipped across the hemisphere to our Lunn Ave Warehouse temperature controlled. Perfectly pale salmon pink in colour... it’s deceptively generous, texturally lithe and deliciously DRY! Enjoy as an aperitif on a sunny afternoon… and perfect with lunch.
Smells
Medley of citrus, stone fruit and subtle spice aromas with a hint of anise.
Tastes
A luscious, fresh entry onto the palate releasing red berries, white peach, citrus and spices. Classic textural mouthfeel of Cotes de Provence with luscious, rounded acidity and a deliciously dry, moreish finish. Drink now through 2026.
