This is the new 2023 release of the most high-profile wine in NZ to be based around the hybrid grape variety Chambourcin. This Clearview Black Reef Blush is fresh as a daisy and will be beautiful drinking throughout this summer and next. Combined with the stunning colour, reminiscent of freshly squeezed raspberries, makes for the perfect summer wine, helping create those magical moments that we all live for.
Smells
Blackcurrant, wild raspberry, red liquorice, bergamot, summer plums and spice.
Tastes
Vibrantly fruited, with loads of red berries, plum… literally summer in a glass. Expect this to be better and better as the summer goes on - it'll be firing on all cylinders by the time you sit down to Christmas dinner.
