Many are made with so-called alternative varieties like Tempranillo, this 2022 Rose from Elephant Hill a spectacular achievement, that is whole bunch pressed with no time on skins. Spicy and full flavoured but with a delightfully pale colour, it will be at its best in a shady place with some nice meats and cheeses.
