Description
We discovered & shipped samples La P'tite Pierre Rosé from France in July. The Cinsault, Grenache, and Mourvèdre fruit (same grapes used in Provence) are grown on sun-drenched mature vines in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. Aware of its fabulously accessible price... we were excited to try it! Our excitement was justified... it poured a pure pale pink in colour and immediately a vibrant array of red summer berry fruits wafted from the glass. The fresh DRY palate is balanced by bright, rounded acidity and the finish is sustained and juicy. Over delivering big time at our “Direct Import” price of $12.99 bottle. We literally phoned in our order from the tasting room to ensure its arrival in time for the Festive & Summer Seasons.
Smells
Fresh, vibrant aromas of redcurrants, strawberries, raspberries and more!
Tastes
Refreshing Rosé with vibrant red fruits, juicy summer berries & subtle wild mountain herbs Balanced by bright acidity, the lush DRY finish has a refreshing smidgen of sweetness leaving you thirsting for more. Wonderful tastes of the summer that you can enjoy with regularity at its fabulous price. Pairs effortlessly with salads & seafood... or simply enjoy on its own.
We taste, rate & guarantee every wine we sell.
