Description
This stylishly packaged DRY Rosé from the Cotes du Luberon in the Southern Rhône is made from Syrah 45%, Grenache 45%, Vermentino 5%, Ugni Blanc 5%... a cocktail of pure lusciousness. After a gentle press, the first run juice was extracted and fermented at a low temperature before ageing on lees to build mouthfeel. The finished Rosé is weighty, dry, and crisply fresh… lusciously traversing your palate in a creamy texture. Gorgeous spring, summer (anytime of year) drinking at a fabulous price.
Smells
Enticing aromas of white flowers and citrus, blending with sweet notes of red berries and peach.
Tastes
A fresh and generous palate of wild red berries and peach with a subtle infusion of mountain herbs plus spices. The creamy texture and weighty flavours are buoyed by juicy, rounded acidity… nicely accenting the deliciously DRY finish. Perfect drinking with cheese and charcuterie, fresh summer dishes… in sunshine and in the company of good friends!
