Smells
Berry and plum fruits with fragrant hints of violet and liquorice/spice.
Tastes
Lovely richness and warmth builds through the palate with enticing peppery notes pervading the dark fruit flavours. Good mouthfeel and a strong juicy finish with subtle spice/savoury elements present combined with the firm tannins, gives drinkability and will help enhance bottle maturation. Made for any BBQ or roasted red meats. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
