Description
Jim Barry was succeeded by his son Peter, now his sons Tom and Sam are putting their own wine making stamp on the family business. This wine is a blend of their two favourite grape varieties, Shiraz and Cabernet and is a modern take on the classic Aussie wine style.
Smells
Overflowing with plum, liquorice, choc-mint, cassis and espresso.
Tastes
Silky, chocolatey tannins and deep, dark berry flavours, this wine is a real crowd pleaser in its youth but will go the distance. A sumptuous, juicy wine with guts and power to enjoy between now and 2022.
