Smells
sweet, lifted notes of blackberry, mulberry, cedar, spice, and toasty nuances.
Tastes
there is a wonderful harmony of fruit, smooth, supple tannins balanced by juicy acidity. Dark berry flavours persist on the palate, layered with white pepper, pink and green peppercorns, and hints of liquorice. A wine that will simply please everyone and is quite frankly irresistible. Drinking well now through 2025 and serve with pork, duck, or lamb.
