With a history of 6 generations of wine production in Barossa the Thorn Clarke family are synonymous with the production of excellent wines in South Australia. Shotfire is one of the region’s most popular and highly awarded offerings with a proud history of Trophies and Gold Medals.
Smells
A lovely nose of fresh, new leather, blackberry, cinnamon spice and clove, with a hint of fresh florals too.
Tastes
Intense flavour profile, with sturdy tannins, showing dark berries, liquorice and chocolate. A charming display of the 2021 vintage - this wine has plenty of gas left in the tank. Enjoy between now to 2029 and beyond. And will make all BBQed meats even better. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
